Project Work

The scope of work included full scaffold to the external elevations, lead work to the flat roof, waterproofing of the balcony and parapet areas, window repairs to existing sash windows, replacement windows to common areas and where paid for by the residents, brick repairs, pointing, replacement of secure entrance door, electrical works to fire exit, repairs to walkways and car park surfaces and repainting of all previously painted surfaces. We also carried out work to the small light wells using rope access specialists.

End Result

The project was completed on time and below budget to an extremely high standard. Since completing the project we have been asked to carry out two separate projects for different clients on the recommendation of residents from Addison House.
